· Limited access to your browsing activity (e.g. what website you are visiting) to ensure its safe. Using the VPN, we scan URLs that are being accessed by your device via browsers and applications. URLs visited are sent to our cloud to check if it is unsafe. URL paths are the only data related to your browsing activity that is sent to us. We do not collect browsing history or any other related Personal Information.

· To allow you to make use of the Application features

· To operate, develop and provide you with the best possible services

· To collect all the apps on your device and share the country of developer of those apps (Patriot feature)

· To detect whether your Personal Data (e.g., email address) could be involved in a security incident (data breach/threats feature)

· To locate your phone if it is lost, remotely play a siren, remotely lock the device and take the photo of the person who tries to unlock the phone or presses power button on the device (Anti-Theft/Tracker feature)

· To create VPN connection and carries out real-time analysis on internet traffic (VPN feature)

· To allow you to lock your apps using a PIN (Airtight/App Lock feature)

· To provide support (e.g., to solve problems, bugs or issues)

Depends on the context, consent, processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or legitimate interest (e.g. to allow you to make use of our features). In order to provide certain services, the Application may from time to time request your permission to use the device settings/location services/camera/ device storage. In the event that such permissions are not granted by you, certain features of the Application may not function accurately

· When you proactively activate this feature, the App collects location data even when the App is closed or not in use, in order to enable us to track your phone when it is lost or stolen. For this reason, we need permission to track the location of the device even in background as when phone is lost, the Application is not on foreground. So, a user can only track the location if the app has access to location all the time.

· To collect all the apps on your device and share the country of developer of those apps (Patriot feature)

· To detect whether your Personal Data (e.g., email address) could be involved in a security incident (data breach/threats feature)

· To allow you to identify the person who attempted wrongly thrice to unlock the phone (e.g., the phone will take a photo of the intruder) (Intruder Alert feature)

· To provide support (e.g., to solve problems, bugs or issues)

· To redirect to the default android setting of call blocking (Call blocker feature)

· To create VPN connection and carries out real-time analysis on internet traffic (VPN feature)

· To allow you to lock your apps using a PIN (Airtight/App Lock feature)

· To allow you to block websites browsed which comes under the blacklisted URLs (e.g., unsafe content for children) (Parental Control feature)

· To show what permissions are taken by all the apps on the device (privacy advisory feature)

In order to provide certain services, the Application may from time to time request your permission to use the device settings/location services/camera/ device storage. Any summary of this Privacy Policy generated by third party software or otherwise shall have no legal effect, shall not be binding on the Company, shall not be relied upon in substitute for this Privacy Policy, and neither supersede nor modify this Privacy Policy.

ADDITIONAL INFROMATION REGARDING COOKIES
- Additionally, in the course of your visit to the Website and accessing the services provided through the Application, the Company and/or the third parties with whom the Company has contracted to provide services, may collect certain anonymous information from sources such as server log files, cookies and pixel tags. Company and/or the third parties may collect information concerning your access to and use of the services provided through the Application such as what buttons/options you click on, device you use to access the Application, device’s unique identifying number, operating system, device language, device region, device time zone, mobile network information, etc. Company uses cookies or other similar software to collect data about the users to track their movements around the Application and in order to assist the users to automatically and effortlessly log in on subsequent visits to the Application. A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, which is sent to a user’s browser from a website's computers and stored on user’s computer's hard drive. An application can send its own cookies to user’s browser if user’s browser's/device preference settings allow it. This helps the Company as well as service providers and partners to provide more relevant advertising.

Company also automatically receives and records information on Company’s web server logs from user’s device including the Internet Protocol (IP) address. Company records IP addresses for anonymous statistical purposes, administration of this Application and associated servers, and to improve Company’s services.

Google Analytics. The Website uses a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about use of the Website. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this Website, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other websites they used prior to coming to this Website. We use the information we get from Google Analytics to maintain and improve the Website and our products. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with Personal Information we collect. DISCLOSURE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION
- In addition to the recipients described above, we may share your Personal Data as follows:

With our business partners with whom we jointly offer products or services. We may also share Personal Data with our affiliated companies.
Company is required to disclose such Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and lawful requests by any governmental authorities to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules (including, without limitation, federal, state or local laws), and requests of law enforcement, regulatory and other governmental agencies or if required to do so by court order.
In the event that another company acquires all or substantially all of the assets of the Company’s business through a consolidation, merger, asset purchase or other transaction, bankruptcy or a comparable event, the Company reserves the right to transfer all data (including any Personal Information) that is in its possession or under its control to such acquiring party and thereafter the privacy policy of such acquiring party shall govern all such data and any Personal Information that is transferred to the acquiring party.
In addition, the Company may record and share aggregate information of its users with selected clients, service providers and partners of the Company, without disclosing individual names or identifying information of the users of the Application.

SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
- The Company takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the Personal Information provided by you is stored in a secure environment protected from unauthorized access, modification, destruction or disclosure. To protect Personal Information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or modification and against unauthorized disclosure or access, the Company has implemented various security practices that could be updated at any time. Company’s servers and workstations are protected by antivirus software which are updated from time-to-time to minimise the threats of any virus, malware or trojan attacks and are located in secure data facilities (with limited access) to further increase security.

While the Company strives to protect your Personal Information at all times, the Company cannot guarantee its absolute security and shall not be liable for any breach of security by an outside party. It is also important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your user name and password for your account and to your computer/electronic device. Be sure to sign off from your account on the Application in case you access your account from a shared computer/electronic device. The Company also provides organizational safeguards, like training and awareness programs on security and privacy, to make sure employees understand the importance and means by which they must protect your Personal Information.

The Company would also like to caution its users about phishing attacks, wherein unscrupulous third parties seek to extract sensitive and confidential information from you by posing as a genuine website or by a sending an e-mail misrepresenting it to be from a genuine source. Please be careful while dealing with and/or responding to such e-mails. If you receive such a message claiming to be from the Company, then please do not reply to it and immediately bring it to our attention by contacting the Grievance Officer via the contact details below.

The Company does not, rent, loan, trade, lease or license any Personal Information collected from or provided by you.

COMPANY WEBSITE FORUMS OR NETWORKING SITES. We operate forums, websites and related information services, to better assist you in using our products and services, discussing technical issues and sharing your experiences. You should be aware that any information you provide in these public forums will not be kept confidential, as it may be read, collected and used by others who access them. To request removal of your information from any forum, contact us here. In certain circumstances, we may not be able to remove your information, in which case we will let you know why. For information collected through the Application, users can send an e-mail or letter to the Grievance Officer to:

Access Personal Information that the Application has collected from the user through your access to and use of the services provided through the Application;

Request to have your Personal Information deleted from the Company’s servers.

TRANSFERS OF DATA
- Storage: All hosting is done by third party service providers that we engage, including, Google and AWS.

Internal transfers: Transfers within the Company group will be covered by an internal processing agreement entered into by members of the Company group (an intra-group agreement) which contractually obliges each member to ensure that Personal Data receives an adequate and consistent level of protection wherever it is transferred to.

External transfers: Where we transfer your Personal Data outside of India/EU/EEA (for example to third parties who provide us with services), we will obtain contractual commitments from them to protect your Personal Data.

USE BY CHILDREN. We do not offer our products or services for use by children and, therefore, we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from, and/or about children under the age of eighteen (18). If you are under the age of eighteen (18), do not provide any Personal Data to us without involvement of a parent or a guardian. For the purposes of the GDPR, we do not intend to offer information society services directly to children. In the event that we become aware that you provide Personal Data in violation of applicable privacy laws, we reserve the right to delete it.
