Refund & Cancellation
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order and the license key isn't activated on an email or phone. However, refund/replacement can be made as mentioned below.
Products listed on the website are digital products and you'd receive your subscription license key within 3 hours on the details you have entered. We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and ensure they have a satisfactory experience with our app. We reserve the right to refund any order at its discretion with or without documentation under circumstances such as, but not limited to:
- Order is found to fraudulent
- A duplicate order in error is placed
- A refund request is placed before receiving the product
- The app isn't compatible with your device
Please write us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund from the registered email address. Let us know your reason for requesting a refund as well. We'll update on your refund request within 3-5 working days. If your refund request is accepted, we will initiate a refund request to our Payment Gateway Partners and the amount will be transferred back to your account / card account within 5-7 working days.
Please note that each consideration is unique and election to make a refund in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another.
